A good friend of Motorpunk Recs SAL HELRAIZERR has been in the local L.A. metal scene for some time now playing all around with various bands. It wasn’t till he went solo and created CURSED MOON back in 2016 that he started to get the recognition he deserves by bringing a more dark wave / black metal sound to the masses! Hells Headbangers soon released the now praised full length “Rites of Darkness” in 2017! Now not too long ago, Sal hit the studio with long time friend and old band mate, Chris Hellking! Going back to their love of horror movies and 80s thrash and speed metal, he created “Life After Death”! 13 tracks filled with fast drums, shredding riffs, and headbanging vocals and lyrics! An album you’ll surely have on repeat for the next years!

I've gotten myself into GR by first getting their last album, then decided to give this one a go too. Atoms divide, life decays, seems we are into nuclear explosions here, that is how GR feels, a powerful and fast blitz and stormy riffs and groovy hardcorish - thrashy blasts. Highly recommended for all thrash lovers out there. Toxic Holocaust does come in mind, true that, Wraith, Municipal Waste fans should love this ! sachavonkarl74
